RETURNS You can return most items sold by Style Unlimited within 15 days from the ship date. To qualify, simply follow the steps below: 1. Email to receive a return authorization number. 2. Fill out the form on the back of this sheet. 3. Ship item and this completed form to address on the left. TERMS AND CONDITIONS In order to ensure a reasonable receipt time, Style Unlimited requires that all returns be shipped within 15 days of the original ship date and be shipped using a service that will ensure arrival at our facility within 30 days of when we originally shipped the item to you. Please allow 3-5 days from the time we receive your item to process the return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier. Return shipping costs due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering are not covered under our return policy. Style Unlimited will cover return shipping charges for damaged/defective items and incorrect shipments. Shipping premiums paid for expedited shipping cannot be refunded. All return shipments for damaged/defective items must be pre-approved through our returns department. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the return shipping fee if applicable. We will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. No item is eligible for return unless it is in the original condition in which it was sent. This means no signs of wear, all original packaging, paperwork and hangtags included and in new condition. We will not accept any returns for items that do not fit this criteria.
